Refunds & Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at   If your return is accepted. You can return the items.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with product tags, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You will also need the receipt / proof of purchase.


We have a 20 day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the order shipment date to request a return. Returns will not be paid for by Your Cycle Mechanic and will be at cost of the customer. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, you will be reimbursed the shipping cost once the item has been evaluated and deemed to be faulty. 

*Faulty items may go back to suppliers for evaluation and can take longer than anticipated. We will always try our best to get everything sorted as soon as possible* 

Your Cycle Mechanic will not be responsible for any return parcels/packages lost in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Refunds / Returns (If Applicable)
Refunds and/or Returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a couple of days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a return is not accepted, Your Cycle Mechanic will not be liable for any postage to get the item/s back to the customer. The customer is to resolve any return shipping fees.
